It's a miracle!
I thought this blog thing was totally overwhelming. It just took me like 2 min. I feel like an idiot. Thank you to Marnee Ormeza who emailed her blog last night. I don't know why it took that specific email to get me to do this, but it did. Then my friend Shauna sent me her blog address. I was so happy to read up on them. Also, my super talented cousins Kylie and Staci. I try to read their blogs when I can. My sister Laurie and her husband Tres went to Paris and Vienna for 2 weeks. My other sister Tamara and her four darlings came to babysit Laurie's four darlings. She had sick kids, the youngest one with the worst rash/yeast infection you have ever seen, and my husband remodeling a bathroom to surprise Laurie when she came home. His worker kept cranking up the radio whenever my hubby would leave. If anyone could have had a nervous breakdown and justify it, it was Tamara. She never even looked tired. She was smiling the whole time. Laurie's second oldest (Preston) said "It's okay when Tamara babysits I just don't know if I want her to babysit anymore." In my state of shock I asked him why not. He said "Well, it's just that she is so positive all the time and gives way too many compliments." I started laughing so hard. This is also the kid that when I asked if he missed his mom and dad , he said "No way!" I said, oh they haven't been gone long enough, to which he replies- You got that right! He is so funny. The town of Mesa was too quiet with Laurie gone and I am glad she made it back safe. Loved General Conference. Nobody fell asleep this year. We made our annual caramel apples . It was so much easier with a pre-package kit. Last Wed. the Young Women from church rang the doorbell and the Beehives (12-13 year olds) were out delivering sugar cookies all decorated. Kaleb and Chris pull up as the young women were walking away and Kaleb says "Hey dad, it's the Honeybees." We laughed and laughed. Kaleb has really bad bronchitis right now. He is such a trooper with all of his health problems. I love that boy. He turned 12 this past May and is almost 5'11".
